Chick-fil-A is known for having some of the best customer service in the world. What consumers don’t often see is the outstanding support given to the teams creating your favorite chicken sandwich. This week, we are chatting with Kari Theresa about how the Chick-fil-A Facilities Management team supports the company’s operators.
One of the biggest messages Chick-fil-A has impressed on its employees is to take care of your people. Building relationships with those you work with creates a community where everyone feels valued and cared for. Another valuable piece of advice is to create an environment where you empower people to be their best selves. This simple intention will create a powerhouse team. Within that team, allow the seeking and finding of mentors. There will always be someone older or wiser than you; by seeking out such people, you are empowering yourself and others to be their best.
