For over 30 years, CGP Maintenance and Construction Services Inc. has been providing high quality Maintenance, Construction, and Plumbing services to Southern California and Arizona.

San Diego, CA March 11, 2013

CGP Maintenance and Construction Services Inc. first opened their doors in 1982. Originally an in-house maintenance division for a property management firm, CGP quickly grew out of the property management niche and in just two years they began to move into commercial and retail maintenance. By 1984 they had built a thriving construction division, a perfect fit for this team of skilled professionals. The next year owner/operator, Jim Robinson, joined the company. His dedication and vision was the driving force that grew the company into what it is today: an industry leader in maintenance, construction, and plumbing in Southern California and Arizona.

The team at CGP works with a multitude of web-based dispatching services and uses an automated system to manage a large volume of work orders. They have extensive experience working with national retail chains and in handling service and repairs for distant clients making them the perfect choice to act as eyes and ears for local markets.

The Commercial Plumbing Division provides quarterly, annual, or semi-annual service but is also available for emergencies 24/7. Specializing in leak detection, water heater replacements, camera jet lines, jetting and cabling, they can handle all your plumbing needs from nuisance to natural disaster.

The CGP Construction Division has the industry know-how to turn visions into reality. Focusing on restaurants, retail stores, commercial buildings, office space, and apartment complexes they can do anything from full scrape tenant improvements to additions and mechanicals including electrical, HVAC and irrigation.
