The Importance of Persistence and Resilience

When building a business, there is arguably no attribute more critical to success than persistence, resilience, and grit. The unfortunate truth is that one in five businesses fail in the first year, and nearly half of businesses fail in the first five years. You will undoubtedly face challenges when owning and running a business, but your success relies on how you respond to this adversity. Do you fold? Or do you have what it takes to learn from your experiences and move forward with a positive attitude?
